Suspect:  PRATO, JARED (WMA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest then transported to the main jail.

Location:  Franklin High Rd. / Whitelock Pkwy.
Suspect:  CONELY, DMONTE (BMA, 26, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1’s parole had been suspended. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  BASCHERINI, MATTHEW (WMA, 39, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect:  MCDOWELL, LYNDA (BFA, 33, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was detained by Bel Air loss prevention for shoplifting.  An officer arrived and arrested S-1. S-1 was issued a misdemeanor citation then released.

Suspect:  SHABAZZ, KAREEM (BMA, 19, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Location:  8300 block of Lake Willow Wy.
Suspect:  HANNA, DIANE (WFA, 55, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a reckless driver who had been followed to this location by the reporting person. Officers contacted S-1 (Elk Grove resident) while she was sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle with the engine running. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect:  YUM, JONATHAN (AMA, 31, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a suspicious person call. Upon arrival, officers contacted S-1 (Elk Grove resident), who matched the description provided in the call. S-1 ran away through the parking lot when officers attempted to contact him. Officers chased after S-1 and were able to grab S-1 by the arm. S-1 then threw a punch at one of the officers and missed. Officers were able to gain control of S-1 and he was taken into custody. S-1 was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  PALMER, CHRISTOPHER (WMA, 30, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was riding a bicycle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of narcotics. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  MOORE, JESSICA (WFA, 36, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 elbowed V-1 in the face and scratched V-1 on the chest and arms with a key. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
