Suspect: RUBIANES, JUANITO (HMA, 52, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 pulled V-1 by the hair then punched V-1 several times in the back of the head. S-1 also threatened V-1 and physically prevented V-1 from leaving the residence. V-1 was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 was found to have a suspended driver’s license. A subsequent search of S-1 led to the discovery of a controlled substance and marijuana. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation and released.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed driving a reported stolen vehicle. Officers initiated an enforcement stop and detained S-1. Officers confirmed that the vehicle was stolen out of Sacramento.  S-1 was arrested and transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8700 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: TATEM, TONY (BMA, 29, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a suspicious person who was carrying a board and jumping on vehicles. Upon arrival, officers located and contacted S-1 who matched the description provided by the caller. A search of S-1 led to the discovery of a concealed folding knife in the locked open position. S-1 was also in possession of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: UNKNOWN (BFA)

S-1 and another unidentified induvial where observed shoplifting by WinCo loss prevention. When the suspects exited the business, they were contacted by WinCo employees. When the employees attempted to detain the suspects, S-1 threatened them with a knife. The suspects fled the location in a black sedan towards HWY 99. The employees were not injured and the merchandised was recovered.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-2 (Fair Oaks resident) was a passenger in the vehicle being operated by S-1. A records check revealed that S-1’s driver’s license was suspended. S-2 was contacted and found to be in possession of a controlled substance. A search of a bag belonging to S-2 led to the discovery of a loaded handgun, additional narcotics and narcotic paraphernalia. A search of the trunk led to the discovery of ammunition. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.
