V-2 and two of his associates were attempting to buy marijuana from S-1 (HMA) and S-2 (WMA) when an altercation broke out. During the altercation, S-1 pulled out a knife while S-2 displayed a handgun and attempted to take V-2’s money. V-1 attempted to disarm S-1 which resulted in V-1 suffering cuts to his hands. When the victims drove away from the location, the suspects pursued them in their vehicle. During the chase, the vehicle that the victim was in struck a fire hydrant and a tree. The suspects fled the location in their vehicle. Officers arrived and contacted the victims. V-1 was transported to a local are hospital for medical treatment and the suspects were not located.

The victim was jogging at Elk Grove Regional Park when he was approached by an unknown suspect. The suspect struck V-1 on the hand with a baseball bat then ran away in an unknown direction. V-1 suffered a minor injury that did not require medical treatment. S-1 was described as a BMJ, 6`2″, 280 lbs., unkempt afro style hair, unkempt beard, wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans with a blue back pack.

V-1 was selling two iPhones using social media and was contacted by S-1. V-1 agreed to meet up with S-1 at the above location to conduct the transaction. When S-1 arrived, V-1 walked over to S-1’s vehicle and handed over the two iPhones to S-1 for inspection. S-1 gave the phones to a passenger in the vehicle then pulled out a handgun from his waistband and pointed it at V-1. S-1 threatened V-1 then drove away in a white vehicle. V-1 feared for his safety and did not pursue S-1. S-1 was described as a BMA, 6’0”, 150 lbs., with dreadlocks and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt.

Location: 9600 block of Bruceville Rd.
Suspect: JOHNSON, ALINA (WFA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed shoplifting inside the above business by a Kohls loss prevention officer (LPO). S-1 exited the store without paying for the concealed merchandise and was contacted by the LPO. When the LPO attempted to detain S-1, S-1 pulled out a folded pocket knife from her pocket, opened the blade, and swung the knife at the LPO. S-1 fled the location on foot and discarded the merchandise as she fled. S-1 was last seen driving away from the business and a license plate was provided to responding officers. Officers responded to the registered owners address and an officer located S-1’s vehicle parked and unoccupied in the 5100 block of Dipper Way. Officers later detained S-1 after she was found S-1 hiding on the front porch of a residence. A records check revealed that S-1 also had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

V-1 was operating a motor vehicle and was involved in a verbal argument with S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who was sitting in the front passenger seat. The verbal argument escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 struck V-1 in the face and shoulder. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
