Suspect: DALEY, BRIAN (WMA, 52, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 struck V-1 in the face. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a bicycle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-2 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in the vehicle being operated by S-1. A records check revealed that S-1 was on parole and that S-2 was on probation. A search of S-2 led to the discovery of a folding knife. S-1 was arrested for violating the conditions of his parole. S-2 was arrested for violating the conditions of his probation. Both suspects were then transported to the main jail.

Location: 9600 block of Bruceville Rd.

Suspect: MARTINEZ, MELISSA (HFA, 27, ARRESTED) rio vista

EGPD officers were flagged down by a Kohls loss prevention officer (LPO) regarding a shoplifting suspect who had exited the store and was refusing to go back into the business. Officers were directed to S-1 (Rio Vista resident) who was sitting inside a vehicle. Officers contacted S-1who initially provided false information about her identity. A records check of S-1 real name revealed that S-1 had active warrants out for her arrest. S-1 was detained and a search of the vehicle S-1 was sitting in led to discovery of a controlled substance and the property stolen from Kohls. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Victim: JUVENILE (BMJ, 13)
Suspect: GOMEZ, JOHN (HMA, 24, ARRESTED)

V-1 was walking down the street when he was approached by S-1 (Sacramento resident). S-1 grabbed V-1 then pulled out a handgun from his waistband and pointed it at the victim. S-1 demanded marijuana from the victim. The victim did not what S-1 was taking about and feared for his safety. During the encounter also S-1 threatened V-1. While the encounter was taking place, an unknown citizen intervened and S-1 fled the area on foot. As S-1 was fleeing the location, the victim saw S-1 throw the weapon into a nearby field. Responding officers located and detained S-1 a short distance away. S-1 initially provided false information about his identity. S-1 was positively identified by the victim. Officers were unable to locate the weapon after searching the field with the assistance of a police K-9.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 threw V-1 to the ground. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested, medically cleared for incarceration at a local hospital, then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Location: I-5 / Laguna Blvd.
Suspect: FOUNTAIN, LARRY (BMA, 32, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a vehicle driving recklessly in the area. The reporting person indicated that the vehicle was now stopped in the parking lot of a gas station. Officers arrived and located the described vehicle which was occupied by S-1 (Sacramento resident). Officers contacted S-1 and conducted a records check of the vehicle S-1 had been driving. A records check revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen by Stockton PD. S-1 was detained and a search of the vehicle led to the discovery of stolen property. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

The victim was standing outside of the above location when we was approached from behind by an unknown suspect. The suspect held an unknown object to the victim’s back and demanded his personal property. The victim feared for his safety and gave the suspect his personal property. S-1 fled on foot and was described as being approx. 6’0”, and was wearing a mask, a brown hooded sweatshirt and dark pants. The victim was not injured during the robbery.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed driving a reported stolen vehicle.  Officers initiated an enforcement stop and detained S-1.  Officers confirmed that the vehicle was stolen out of Chico.  S-1 was arrested and transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 was on probation and the license plate displayed did not match the vehicle identification number. S-1 and the three occupants were detained. The registered owner of the vehicle was contacted and advised that the vehicle was stolen and no one had permission to have the vehicle. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
