S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was placed under citizen’s arrest for battery. S-1 was issued a misdemeanor citation then released.

S-1 (Roseville resident) was contacted at the above location and found to be in violation of a restraining order. S-1 was arrested and a search of S-1’s backpack led to the discovery of narcotics. S-1 was then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Union City resident) was contacted while sitting in the driver’s seat of a parked Uhaul van. S-2 (Livermore resident) was contacted in the parking lot and was associated with S-1. S-1 provided false information about her identity. A records check of S-1’s real name revealed that she had an active warrant out for her arrest. A records check of S-2 revealed that he also had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-2 was also found to be in possession of a shaved key. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle and was contacted at a sobriety checkpoint. Upon contact, the strong odor of marijuana emanated from inside the vehicle. S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. The vehicle S-1 was driving was occupied by four children between the ages of 6 and 14. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. It was later determined that S-1 had provided a false name to the arresting officers.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with another vehicle. S-1 fled the scene in his vehicle and was followed by a witness to the above location. Responding officers located and contacted S-1. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery a controlled substance.

Suspect: JUVENILE (BMJ, 17, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was detained by a Save Mart loss prevention officer (LPO) for shoplifting. While being processed in the office area of the store, S-1 punched the LPO twice in the nose. An officer arrived and took custody of S-1. S-1 was issued a misdemeanor citation then transported home where he was released to his mother.

Officers responded to the above location (US Bank) regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who was trying to add himself to a preexisting account using a fraudulent identification card. Officers arrived and contacted S-1. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 and V-1 were involved in a struggle. During the struggle, V-1 suffered visible injuries to the right eye. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

An unknown suspect (S-1) entered Safeway and confronted an employee inside the store. The suspect demanded money from the employee. The employee did not see a weapon but feared for his safety. The employee gave the suspect his wallet and an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency from several registers.  S-1 was described as being 5`10″, approximately 170 to 180 lbs., wearing a red hoodie with dark pants and white shoes. S-1 was seen getting into a silver vehicle that was being driven by a BMA who was wearing all dark clothing.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 prevented V-1 from leaving the residence and grabbed V-1’s left hand and forcibly took V-1’s cell phone. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

    A juvenile shoplifter that punches (twice) a security officer while waiting for EGPD to arrive at the store should NOT be released right away.
