Location: 4800 block of Laguna Blvd.
Victim: JACK IN THE BOX
Suspect: UNKNOWN (OMA)

S-1 entered Jack in the Box and confronted an employee while armed with a handgun. S-1 proceeded to remove an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency from the registers. S-1 fled the location on foot and he was described as being Hispanic or Pacific Islander, 5`6″-5`8″, 170-180lbs., wearing black clothing and was armed with a handgun.

Suspect: MARTIN, LEO (WMA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Foresthill resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. An unregistered handgun was located inside S-1’s vehicle underneath the driver’s seat. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: UNKNOWN

V-1 (16) and V-2 (17) were walking through Fales Park when a confrontation occurred with two unknown suspects. One of the suspects fired several rounds in the direction of the victims. Each victim suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound during the shooting. The victims ran away from the location and were transported to a local area hospital by a third party. No additional suspect information at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Location: 6200 block of Laguna Park Dr.
Suspect: COLLINS, CHERYL (OFA, 48, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with several parked vehicles. Officers arrived and contacted S-1.  Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. S-1 was medically cleared for incarceration at a local hospital then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: BARRERA, JESUS (HMA, 23, ARRESTED)

Officers were dispatched to the above location regrading a vehicle driving recklessly in the area. Upon arrival, officers located the described vehicle parked on the side of the roadway with the driver’s side door open and S-1 (Sacramento resident) laying across the driver’s seat. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

Suspect: UNKNOWN (OMA)

S-1 entered Starbucks and confronted an employee while armed with a handgun. S-1 proceeded to remove an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency from the registers. S-1 fled the location on foot and was described as being Hispanic, 5`7, 140-150lbs., wearing black clothing and was armed with a handgun.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 slapped V-1 in the face. The physical altercation took place in front of a child. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Location: Calvine Rd. / Waterman Rd.
Suspect: SAECHAO, JUDY (AFA, 33, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding an unresponsive person sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle that was stopped in the middle of the road. When officers arrived, they attempted to contact S-1 (Elk Grove resident). S-1 would not follow instruction and drove away from the location. S-1 led officers on a short vehicle pursuit (1.3 miles) before stopping the vehicle she was driving. S-1 was detained and displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 fled the location on foot and was described as having a dark complexion, 5`5”, with a thin build and was wearing black clothing and was armed with a handgun.
