S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Victim:  WAL MART
Suspect: ORTIZ, SERENA (HFA, 19, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for embezzlement then transported to the main jail.

Location: Big Horn Blvd. / Lewis Stein Rd.
Suspect: WU, JINCHANG (AMA, 40, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, the strong odor of marijuana emanated from inside the vehicle. S-1 was detained and a search of the vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana and indicia of sales. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: WHITAKER, KEVIN (WMA, 29, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding an individual who was passed out in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle. Officers arrived and discovered S-1 (Elk Grove resident) sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
