Location:  9100 block of Rushing Creek Way.
Suspect:  DHALIWAL, AMRITPAL (AMA, 24, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a suspicious occupied vehicle. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted and a records check revealed that S-1 had two active warrants out for his arrest and was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of narcotics. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  HALEY, BRANDON (BMA, 33, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation.  A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest.  S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Location:  8800 block of Calvine Rd.
Suspect #1:  MAESTAS, MARK (HMA, 51, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2:  HAENGGI, GEOFFREY (WMA, 32, ARRESTED)

Officers observed a suspicious vehicle parked behind a business at the above location. When officers approached the vehicle, S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and S-2 (Sacramento resident) were observed walking away from the vehicle. S-2 dropped a pair of bolt cutters while walking away from the area. Both suspects were detained and a records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. S-2 was found to have an active warrant out for his arrest. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of a controlled substance. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.
