S-1 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation.  A records check revealed that S-1 had two active warrants out for his arrest.  S-1 was arrested then transported to a local area hospital where he issued a citation and released.

Officers responded to a local area hospital and contacted the victim who had been assaulted by several unknown suspects. The victim was riding his bicycle when he was involved in a verbal altercation with two unknown suspects who were in a passing vehicle. The driver of the vehicle (S-1) stopped the car, and both suspects exited the vehicle. The suspects struck the victim several times with their fists then fled in white vehicle. The victim relocated to a nearby park and saw S-1 and S-3 drive by several minutes later. Both suspects exited the vehicle and confronted the victim. Both suspects punched the victim and S-3 struck the victim with a wooden stick. The victim was able to ride away on his bicycle and was later transported to the hospital by a relative.  S-1 was described as a Middle Eastern male, 30’s, 6`0”, 200 lbs., with black hair and a black goatee. S-2 was described as a Middle Eastern female, 30’s, 5`8”, 170 lbs., with brown hair. S-1 was described as a Middle Eastern male, 30’s, 5`10”, 180 lbs., with black hair and a mustache.

Victim: HOME GOODS
Suspects:  UNKNOWN (BFA, 20’s)

The two suspects were observed shoplifting by an employee at the above business. When the employee attempted to contact the suspects after they exited the store, one of the suspects threatened the employee. The employee feared for her safety and did not pursue the suspects. The suspects fled the location in a black vehicle.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with another vehicle. Officers arrived and contacted S-1 who was seated in the driver’s seat of the vehicle with the keys in the ignition.  Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 was operating a motor vehicle and was known to be on probation. A vehicle stop was conducted and a probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance. A search of S-1’s purse led to the discovery of narcotics. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. While at the jail, S-1 was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and S-2 (Elk Grove resident) were detained after being found sitting in a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Roseville. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that had been reported stolen. Officers initiated an enforcement stop and detained S-1. A search of the stolen vehicle led to the discovery of reported stolen property and burglary tools. A records check revealed that S-1 had two active warrants out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and transported to the main jail.

A records check revealed that S-1 had three active warrants out for her arrest. S-1 was also found to be in possession of narcotics. S-1 processed then transported him to the main jail.
