Suspect: HAQQ, ALI (BMA, 22, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 assaulted the victim then damaged several walls inside the residence. The victim suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #2: CARTER, EZRA (BMA, 18, ARRESTED)
The victim was walking down the street when he was approached by S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and S-2 (Sacramento resident). The suspects approached the victim and demanded his backpack and phone. When the victim refused, S-1 brandished a handgun as S-2 took the victim’s backpack and cell phone. The suspects fled the area on foot and the victim later called EGPD. Through investigative efforts, officers were able to identify, locate and detained the suspects. When contacted, S-2 was in possession of the stolen property. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail. The victim was not injured during the robbery and the weapon was not recovered.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 pushed her knee into V-1’s nose. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
