Location:       9000 Block of GENERATIONS DR

Suspect(s):   MARSHALL, BRIAN (WMA, 37, ARRESTED)

Synopsis:

Officers were dispatched to 9000 block of Generations Drive regarding two subjects possibly stealing items from a vehicle.  As Officer’s contacted the two subjects, S-1 (Sacramento resident) was discovered to be on formal searchable probation.  During a search of S-1’s person the officer located a plastic baggy in S-1’s pants pocket containing a white crystal like substance (9.40 GN) which tested positive for Methamphetamine.  S-1 was arrested and transported to the main jail.

Location:       8600 block of Diamond Oak Way

Suspect(s):   MORALES, CARMEN (HFA, 36, ARRESTED)

Officers received a call of a suspicious person in the neighborhood.  During a contact with S-1 (Sacramento resident) a records check of her name revealed an outstanding warrant for her arrest.  S-1 was transported to the main jail where a search was conducted.  During the search (1.0 GN) of Methamphetamine was located on her person.

Location:       Big Horn Blvd/Franklin Blvd.

Suspect(s):   BAILEY, RAYSHAWN (BMA, 18, ARRESTED)

                    S-2 (JUVENILE, 17, ARRESTED)

 Officers received information of a stolen vehicle out of Sunnyvale, Ca at the intersection of Franklin Blvd. and Big Horn Blvd.  A felony stop was conducted on the vehicle at which time the driver S-1 (Sacramento resident) and front passenger S-2 (Sacramento resident) were arrested.  S-1 was booked into the main jail and S-2 was booked into juvenile hall.

Suspect(s):   KNIGHTEN, JAMEL (BMA, 21, ARRESTED)

W-1 observed S-1 (Sacramento resident) breaking into their neighbors house and called police.  When police arrived, S-1 fled on foot through Valley Hi Country Club and was caught a short distance later.  S-1 was arrested and booked at the main jail.

Suspect(s):     S-1 (JUVENILE, 17, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were friends that got into an argument.  S-1 became upset and physically assaulted V-1 causing severe injuries to their head.  S-1 was arrested and transported to juvenile hall.

V-1 called police to report an unknown subject attempted to enter their residence through an unlocked sliding glass door.  V-1 armed themselves with a shotgun and started to check the residence for the suspect(s).  V-1 went into the backyard where they confronted S-1 and a struggled ensued over V-1’s gun causing the gun to discharge.  S-1 then fled on foot in an unknown direction.  A search was conducted for S-1, but no one was located.  No injuries were reported at this time.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation.  S-1 slapped V-1 in the face several times.  No visible injuries were observed.  S-1 was arrested and transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was observed sitting in a vehicle.  S-1 was contacted and a records checked revealed S-1 was on searchable parole.  During a search of S-1’s person a glass pipe used to ingest Methamphetamine was located in his pants pocket.  A search of the vehicle also revealed a plastic baggy containing a crystal like substance resembling Methamphetamine (1.79 GN).  S-1 was arrested and booked into the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation.  S-1 grabbed V-1 by their throat and tried to cover V-1’s mouth with the other hand.  S-1 also told V-1 that he was going to cause harm to them prior to leaving the location.  S-1 had fled the scene prior to the arrival of officers.

During a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation S-1 (Sacramento resident) was discovered to be on parole and S-2 (Sacramento resident) was on formal probation.  A records checked revealed S-1 had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for a parole violation.  A probation search of S-2’s person revealed a plastic container with a crystal like substance resembling Methamphetamine (1.37GN) inside of it.  S-1 was arrested and booked into the main jail.  S-2 was cited and released on scene for the possession of Methamphetamine.
