Elk Grove pedestrians victims in three separate incidents

 

Elk Grove pedestrians were the victims in three separate incidents over the past three days.

 

The first incident took place on Friday afternoon around 2:20 pm in the 9900 block of East Stockton Blvd. The victim was struck in the face by an object containing an unknown chemical thrown by the passenger in a car, causing redness and swelling. The victim was transported to the hospital.  No suspect description was given.

 

The second incident took place around 12:30 am on Sunday morning.  The victim was walking in the 8800 block of Coral Berry Way and was shot in the ankle by an unknown person.  No description was given and the incident is still being investigated.

 

The third incident took place Sunday evening, shortly after 8:30 pm. The victim was walking near Franklin Blvd and Tegan Road when he was approached by three black males. One suspect grabbed the victim by his backpack while the other two searched his pockets.  The first suspect had an unknown object in his waistband. Nothing was taken from the victim and the suspects fled south from the scene.
