Location: Dinwiddie Way. / Sipler Way.
Suspect #1: SHRUM, DANIEL (HMA, 38, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: CHANG, BILL (AMA, 33, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a suspicious occupied vehicle. When officers arrived, they located the described vehicle occupied by S-1 (San Francisco resident) and S-2 (Sacramento resident). S-1 was seated in the driver’s seat, while S-2 was seated in the passenger seat. Upon contact, S-1 was found to be on PRCS (Post Release Community Supervision). A parole search of the vehicle led to the discovery of ammunition, a controlled substance, indicia of sales and marijuana. S-1 was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: UNKNOWN (WMJ, 17-18)

The victim was walking down the street when a green vehicle, possibly a Honda, occupied by two individuals drove by. The victim heard a loud pop then felt something hit her leg. The victim saw a WMJ with dirty blonde hair hanging out of the passenger side window of the vehicle. The victim was struck by a projectile fired from a BB gun or an Airsoft gun. V-1 was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. Officers responded to the area but were unable to locate the suspects.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 initially provided false information about his identity. A records check of S-1’s real name revealed that he was on probation. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: MACIULLA, JAMES (WMA, 26, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 provided false information about his identity. A records check of S-1’s real name revealed that S-1 had several warrants out for his arrest and was on probation. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: HUDSON, KELVIN (BMA, 52, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Location: 7000 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: PERKINS, JULANEY (BMA, 25, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident) who was at the location in violation of a restraining order. When officers arrived, S-1 fled on foot and drove away from the location in his vehicle. When officers attempted to conduct an enforcement stop, S-1 did not yield and led officers on a pursuit that travelled 8.3 miles into the city of Sacramento. The pursuit terminated in the 7500 block of 21st St. after an officer utilized the Pursuit Intervention Technique resulting in S-1’s vehicle becoming disabled. S-1 fled on foot and was apprehended a short distance away. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
