The victim was stopped at the above intersection waiting for the signal light to change. While waiting, an unknown vehicle drove by and an unknown occupant threw an empty glass bottle at the victim. The bottle came through the driver’s side window and struck the victim in the face. The victim suffered visible injuries and was treated by paramedics at her residence. No suspect information available at this time.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 pushed V-1. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

The victim was seated in her vehicle with the door partially open when she was approached by S-1.  S-1 opened the vehicle door and assaulted V-1. S-1 then physically removed V-1 from the vehicle and threw her down to the ground. S-1 went back into the victim’s vehicle and took a purse before leaving the area on foot. S-1 was described as a HMA, 5’8”, 150 lbs., wearing a black hoodie with a light colored vest, shorts and black shoes.

Location: Ashmore Way. / N. Camden Dr.
Suspect: KOTTKE, REUBEN (WMA, 23, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted while riding a bicycle and pushing an additional bicycle in a residential neighborhood. A records check revealed that S-1 had several active warrants out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and a search incident to arrest led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested the transported to the main jail.
