Location: 3400 block of Port Pacific Ln.
Suspect: UNKNOWN (BMA’s)

The victims were approached by three unknown suspects after they exited their vehicle. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded personal property from the victims. The victims feared for their safety and gave the suspects their personal property. The suspects fled the location in a dark colored four door sedan and were described as BMA’s wearing dark clothing.

Suspect: ESTEPA, RIZALDE (HMA, 24, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed asleep while sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle that was stopped at a traffic light with the engine running. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect #2: PERRY, JACOLYNE (HFA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents) were contacted while sitting in a parked vehicle. Upon contact, officers observed that S-1 was in possession of narcotic paraphernalia. Both suspects were detained and a search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance. Officers also located stolen property and burglary tools. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted at the above location and found to be in possession of narcotics. S-1 was arrested then issued a citation and released.

Suspect: POPOV, SEMEN (WMA, 25, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed sitting in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle causing damage to the steering column. S-1 was detained and provided false information about his identity. A records check of S-1’s real name revealed that S-1 was on probation and parole. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and did not known S-1. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

The victim was approached by two unknown suspects after he exited their vehicle. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded personal property from the victim. Both suspects punched and kicked the victim then took his personal property. The suspects fled the location in a blue sedan and were described as BMA’s wearing dark clothing. The victim received medical treatment at the scene.
