Suspect: UNKNOWN

The victim was walking through a parking lot when a vehicle occupied by three individuals pulled up next to him. The vehicle was described a gray older four-door sedan with dents towards the rear of the vehicle. One of the occupants asked the victim if he could borrow his cell phone. When the victim leaned inside the car, the suspect grabbed and removed a gold chain the victim was wearing along with his cell phone. The vehicle fled the location in an unknown direction. The driver of the vehicle was described as a BFA, 20’s, with braided hair. S-1 was described as a BMA, 20’s, wearing a black shirt and jeans. A rear passenger in the vehicle was described as a WMA in his 20’s. The victim was not injured.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument while V-1 was operating a motor vehicle. V-1 stopped the vehicle and walked away. S-1, who was a passenger in the vehicle, exited the vehicle and walked after V-1. S-1 grabbed and forced V-1 back into the vehicle. While inside the vehicle S-1 grabbed V-1 by the face. S-1 fled the location on foot and was later located inside a business by responding officers. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 threw a phone at V-1 and struck V-1 in the face. S-1 also punched V-1 in the head and choked V-1. S-1 continued to punch V-1 in the face and legs then pushed V-1’s head into a wall. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested at another location then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect: HERNANDEZ, PETER (HMA, 35, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Citrus Heights resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect: ROSARIO, ISAIAH (HMA, 19, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation.  A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest.  S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: GENTIL, WALTER (HMA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was observed operating a motor vehicle that collided with the center median. As a result of the collision, two tires on the vehicle S-1 was driving were punctured. S-1 drove into a parking lot and officers lost sight of the vehicle. When officers located the vehicle, S-1 was no longer in the vehicle and the engine was still running. S-1 was located by responding officers a short distance away from the vehicle. S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

The victim was contacted at a local area hospital and indicated that he had been assaulted by three unknown individuals while he was walking his dog. The victim suffered visible injuries. The victim described one of the suspects as a BMA, 18 years old, 6-1, 160 lbs., with medium length dreadlocks, wearing a black hooded jacket and blue jeans. After the assault, the suspects fled the area in a white vehicle. No additional information on the other suspects.
