Suspect: GONZALEZ, MARIO (HMA, 39, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that collided with a fire hydrant. Officers arrived and found S-1 sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. S-1 was unresponsive and officers broke a window to the vehicle in order to render aid to S-1. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. S-1 was medically cleared for incarceration then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: MIRANDA, ROBERT (AMA, 33, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 struck V-1 in the head with a laundry detergent bottle while V-1 was holding a small child. S-1 also attempted to punch V-1. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted by Hobby Lobby loss prevention for shoplifting. Officers arrived and detained S-1. S-1 was placed under citizen’s arrest then issued a citation and released.

Suspect: PRICE, MITCHELL (WMA, 25, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with another vehicle. S-1 drove away from the scene of the collision and did not attempt to provide contact information to the other driver. Responding officers located S-1 driving the described vehicle a short distance away and conducted a vehicle stop. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
