NIGHT WATCH

Time:  0150 hours

Charges: Big Horn Blvd. / Bruceville Rd.
Suspect:  BALDERRAMA, XAVIER (HMA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 was found to be on probation and a search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then issued a citation and released.

Location: 5300 block of 47th Av. (Sacramento)
Suspect:  NICHOLS, TERRY (BMA, 22, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for an active warrant and for tampering with the identification marks on a handgun then transported to the main jail.

EVENING WATCH

Time:  2013 hours

Charges: PC 148(A)(1)
Location: 9100 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Suspect:  WEAVER, ADAM (WMA, 33, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding an individual, later identified as S-1 (Elk Grove resident), who was at this location trying to fight with customers and employees. An officer arrived and attempted to contact S-1. S-1 would not follow instructions provided by the officer. When the officer attempted to detain S-1, S-1 tried to flee the scene. The officer engaged in a brief struggle with S-1 and they ended up on the ground. S-1 was eventually taken into custody with the assistance of additional officers. S-1 was medically cleared for incarceration at a local area hospital then transported to the main jail.
