S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted in a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot where the businesses were closed. Upon contact, a records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Galt resident) was contacted in a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot where the businesses were closed.  Upon contact, officers observed narcotic paraphernalia in plain view. A probable cause search of the vehicle led to the discovery of controlled substances. S-1 was arrested then issued a citation and released.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed drinking an alcoholic beverage while sitting in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle. S-1 was contacted, and a search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a dirk/dagger and marijuana. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation then released to a parent.

Suspect:  BUSTAMANTE, ANTHONY (HMA, 32, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) threatening people at the above location.  A records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. When officers attempted to detain S-1, S-1 took a fighting stance and began to actively resist the officers. After a brief struggle, S-1 was eventually handcuffed. During the altercation with S-1, an officer suffered a minor injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

While driving, S-1 repeatedly struck the victim in the face and body causing visible injuries. S-1 eventually stopped and the victim was able to get out of the vehicle. S-1 was later located, arrested then transported to the main jail.
