NIGHT WATCH

Time: 00044 hours
Report #: 17-007588
Charges: WARRANT
Location: 2200 block of Longport Ct.
Suspect:  YOUNG, DAVID (WMA, 45, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding a suspicious subject. Upon arriving, officers contacted S-1 (Elk Grove resident). A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest.   S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Victim: CONFIDENTIAL
Suspect:  NGUYEN, KENNEDY (AMA, 37, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and the victim were involved in a verbal argument. The argument escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pushed the victim down and slapped the victim in the face. During the altercation, S-1 made threats towards the victim. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. The victim was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Location: 9600 block of E. Stockton Blvd.
Suspect:  SORIANO, STEPHEN (WMA, 63, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted while standing in the parking lot of the above location. Upon contact, S-1 displayed signs of intoxication. While officers were attempting to place S-1 under arrest, S-1 physically resisted. Officers were able to take S-1 into custody. S-1 was arrested and transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  FRIAS, VINCENT (HMA, 44, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a call for service. A probation search of S-1’s bedroom led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  ROBERTS, XAVIER (WMA, 25, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  VALILA, BERNARD (AMA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted while walking in traffic. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and then released.

Suspect:  SWINDLE, LEWIS (WMA, 54, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Auburn resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A consent search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance as well as narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and then released.

  1. The Elk Grove POLICE are fun! When u get caught with some dope the police say “THATS OK, NOT A BIG DEAL” and just give ya a ticket and say have a nice day. I’m sure they people who sold the DOPE are good ol’ EG folk and paid taxes on the money they made from the sell of illegal narcotics. Illegal narcotics in Elk Grove is Win-Win for the whole community. The more dope the merrier Christmas 🙂
