NIGHT WATCH

Time:  0200 hours

Charges: VC 23152(E), HS11350, BP 4060
Location: 8800 block of Wood Lily Wy.
Suspect: NEWCOMB, CHRISTOPHER (WMA, 36, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding a running vehicle in the middle of the road that had not moved for some time. Responding officers arrived and found S-1 (Ranch Cordova resident) asleep at the wheel. A consent search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of prescription medications not in S-1’s name. S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

Location: 8500 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: ROBERTS, ERIC (WMA, 36, ARRESTED)

Officers contacted S-1 (Elk Grove resident) in regards to a call for service. A records check revealed S-1 to have an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: DILWORTH, SYERA (BFA, 19, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was detained by store loss prevention for shoplifting. Responding officers arrived and took S-1 into custody. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 9100 block of W. Stockton Blvd.
Victim:  HOME DEPOT
Suspect:  ACKERMAN, GERALD (WMA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Delreyos resident) conducted a fraudulent transaction and was approached by store loss prevention. S-1 took an aggressive stance and refused to comply with the loss prevention officer. Fearing for his safety, the loss prevention officer did not approach S-1. Responding officers arrived and located S-1 standing near the front of the store. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  BROWN, EDWARD (BMA, 46, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with another vehicle. Responding officers made contact with S-1, who displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in regards to a call for service. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
