S-1 (Sacramento resident) was known to have an active warrant out for his arrest. Officers located       S-1 in above area. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers assisted Child Protective Services (CPS) with a welfare check on children who lived at the above location. When officers made contact with S-1 (Elk Grove resident), they discovered an active marijuana cultivation operation as well as an unsecured loaded shotgun in one of the bedrooms. Officers seized over 20 pounds of processed marijuana, approximately 37 marijuana plants, and the loaded shotgun. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. 5 children were placed into protective custody by CPS.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident). S-1 was known to be on probation. Officers made contact with S-1 and refused to follow the officer’s directives. S-1 displayed objective signs of intoxication. Officers attempted to detain S-1. S-1 actively resisted and a brief struggle ensued. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and handcuff S-1. Officers suffered minor injuries as a result of the struggle with S-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with a fence. After the collision, S-1 drove away from the scene of the collision. A witness followed S-1 and observed S-1 park his vehicle and go inside a residence. Responding officers made contact with S-1, who displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

A store employee attempted to stop S-1 and S-2 for shoplifting when S-1 grabbed the store employee by the hair and pulled the employee to the ground. S-1 proceeded to hit the store employee a couple times in the face. The suspects fled the scene with the merchandise. S-1 was described as an African American female, 40-50 years old, 5’3”, and 170-180 pounds. S-2 was described as an African American male, 30’s, 6’1” and thin build.

V-1 located her stolen property being advertised for sale on a website and arranged to meet with S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who was selling the property. V-1 had a friend meet S-1 in attempt to get her property. A brief struggle occurred between S-1 and V-1’s friend. During the struggle, S-1 threw V-1’s phone. S-1 fled the scene on foot and was later located by responding officers. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released to a parent.

Store loss prevention attempted to stop three suspects for shoplifting when S-1 threatened to stab the loss prevention officer. Fearing for his safety, the loss prevention backed away. All three suspects left in a white colored SUV south through the parking lot. S-1 was described as an African American female, 30-40 years old. S-2 was described as a Caucasian male, 30-40 years old. S-3 was described as a Hispanic female, 30-40 years old.
