S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Officers attempted to place S-1 under arrest when S-1 purposely went limp and fell to the ground . Officers were able to take S-1 into custody and then transported him to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver and S-2 (Elk Grove resident) was passenger of a motor that officers attempted to stop for a vehicle code violation. The vehicle initially stopped and then fled as officers were approaching. S-1 led officers on a pursuit and eventually yielded. Both suspects were detained. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had just been stolen from the registered owner’s place of employment. Both suspects were taken into custody and then transported to juvenile hall.

V-1 was walking in the above area when he was approached by S-1, S-2 and two others (all four subjects were unknown to the V-1). S-1 pulled V-1’s necklace off of his neck and then S-2 demanded the rest of V-1’s property. Fearing for his safety, V-1 started to hand over his property when one of the subjects with the suspects told S-2 to stop. Both suspects and the two others left the area on foot. S-1 was described as an African American male approximately 14-15 years old, 5’5” to 5’6”, approximately 150 pounds and was wearing a black jacket. S-2 was described as a Hispanic male approximately 14-15 years old, 5’5”, approximately 150 pounds and was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jacket.

Responding officers located S-1 and S-2, who had left the area in different vehicles. A records check revealed both suspects to be on probation. In plain view, officers observed the property taken from the residence inside both suspect’s vehicles. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
