Man uses car to ram victim’s car at Elk Grove gas station

 

 

A Sacramento man was arrested by Elk Grove police early Monday morning when he intentionally collided with a car at the Shell gas station at the intersection of West Taron and Elk Grove Blvd.  Jayson Thorn, 34, from Sacramento, had driven by and threatened the victim. He then intentionally ran into the back of the victim’s car.  Elk Grove Police arrived on scene and took Thorn into custody and he was taken to the jail. Thorn had displayed signs of being impaired.  He was charged with driving under the influence, assault with a deadly weapon, making threats and driving with a suspended license.  He is being held on $75,000 bail.
