Location:       Bruceville Rd / Whitelock Pkwy.
Suspect:  MALAPAD, DONATO (AMA, 49, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with another vehicle. After the collision, S-1 left the scene of the collision on foot. Responding officers located S-1 and detained him. S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was consensually contacted in the above location. A records check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument, S-1 threw a rock through V-1’s vehicle window. S-1 fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival but was later located at his residence. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
