Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident) and another subject sleeping in a vehicle. A records check revealed S-1’s passenger was on probation. Both S-1 and the other subject were detained. While officers were conducted a probation search of the vehicle, S-1 attempted to prevent officers from searching the vehicle and then physically resisted. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance. The search of the vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

V-1 was sitting in his parked vehicle in the above area when he was approached by S-1. S-1 pointed a firearm at V-1 and demanded V-1’s property. Fearing for his safety, V-1 gave his property to S-1. S-1 ran to an awaiting vehicle and V-1 ran after S-1. V-1 opened the door to the suspect vehicle and starting fighting with S-1 and S-2 (the driver of the vehicle). V-1 was able to recover his property. During the altercation, S-2 punched V-1 multiple times in the face causing injuries. All three suspects got back into the suspect vehicle and fled the scene. All three suspects were described as African American males, 18-20 years old. S-1 was described as 6’2”, heavyset and wearing lite colored clothing. The suspect vehicle was described as an older sedan.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. While speaking with S-1, officers observed S-1 was concealing an item in his mouth. Officers instructed S-1 to spit the item out several times but S-1 refused. S-1 physically resisted officers’ attempts to get S-1 to spit the item out of his mouth. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and got S-1 to spit the item out of his mouth. The item was determined to be a plastic vial which contained a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers contacted S-1 (San Jose resident) during a call for service. A records check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A probable cause search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a prohibited weapon and a controlled substance. S-2 (Sacramento resident), exited the store and was confirmed to be with S-1. S-2 was detained. A records check revealed S-2 to be on probation. A probation search of S-2’s person led to the discovery of stolen merchandise from the store. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding shots fired in the above area. While responding to the area, officers were waved by two victims, who were suffering from gunshot wounds.
