Below is list of possible future Elk Grove developments. These are in various of planning. Some are being reviewed, some are approved and waiting for construction.

 

PCN18-001 Circle K Fuel Center/Sheldon Place Center Planning Approved Southwest Corner of Sheldon Road and East Stockton Boulevard Public Convenience or Necessity in order to allow beer and wine sales (ABC Type 20 License) in a new Circle K convenience store located at a fuel center.

 

PLNG18-058 QUICK QUACK CAR WASH Planning Review Calvine and Bradshaw A Conditional Use Permit and Minor Design Review to establish a new 3,500 square foot automatic Quick Quack Car Wash on a vacant 2.02-acre parcel zoned GC (general commercial). The plan includes two 10-foot, 624 square foot parking lot shade canopies with 20 vacuum stations, lighting, landscaping, and parking area along the west side of the existing CVS store.

 

EG-17-058 Shell Station-7-Eleven & Storage Facility at Bond & Waterman Planning Review 9291, 9295, 9287, 9299 Bond Rd, Elk Grove CA NW Corner of Bond Rd and Waterman Rd intersection in Elk Grove The Applicant is proposing to construct: a new 3,000 square foot convenience store and automatic carwash; a new 12 pump fueling station; 8 two-story personal storage buildings with office totaling approximately 70,425 square feet; and new parking, lighting and landscape for an undeveloped site at the northwest corner of Bond Road and Waterman Road. The Applicant has requested a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the personal storage use, a Major Design Review Permit for the construction, a lot merger to combine 4 parcels into 1, and a variance for deviations to setbacks.

EG-17-010 Sheldon Place Center Planning Review SWC of Sheldon Rd. & East Stockton Blvd. A Tentative Parcel Map to reconfigure and subdivide a 7.25-acre parcel into 5 lots; A Major Design Review for the construction of an approximately 78,800 square foot shopping center that include a restaurant, hotel, retail spaces and gas station with convenience store and car wash

 

EG-16-033 Chevron at Brown Road In Construction – Concurrent 8945 Brown Road 1) A Minor Design Review for a gas station facility that includes six (6) fuel dispensers with a freestanding canopy structure, a 2,750 sq. ft. convenience store with a 1,250 sq. ft. attached quick serve restaurant, and a 2,400 sq. ft. automatic car wash, and 2) A Conditional Use Permit for the carwash use. Also includes associated parking, landscaping and lighting site improvements.

 

EG-16-039 BlueWave Car Wash Construction Plan Review – IP 9660 E Stockton Blvd. 1) A Minor Design Review to construct and operate a 3,000 square foot carwash facility and associated parking, landscaping and lighting site improvements; 2) A Conditional Use Permit to operate a car wash use within the Shopping Center (SC) Zoning District.

 

EG-15-046 Quick Quack Car Wash Planning Approved 9150 Bruceville Road TPM, Minor DR, and CUP for construction of a Quick Quack Car Wash.

 

EG-15-020 Sheldon Farms BBQ Construction Plan Review – BP ​10527 Sheldon Road • Conditional Use Permit to allow for a sit down restaurant and drive thru coffee kiosk with hours of operation between 6 a.m. through 10 p.m., 7 days per week. • Zoning Amendment to modify original approval for the site, thereby allowing for on-site sale of alcohol as part of the restaurant use.
