S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect #2: UNKNOWN (AMA, 20-23)

V-1 was walking in the above area when a greyish colored vehicle drove up to V-1. S-1 (the driver) exited the vehicle, pointed a firearm at V-1 and demanded V-1’s property. Fearing for his safety, V-1 gave S-1 his property. S-2, who was originally a passenger in the vehicle, got into the driver’s seat as S-1 got into the passenger seat. The vehicle left the area. S-1 was described as a Hispanic male adult, 20-23 years old, wearing a red hat, grey sweatshirt and pants. S-2 was described as an Asian male adult, 20-23 years old, wearing blue shirt and black shorts.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in the above area. A consent of S-1’s person led the discovery of prescription medication not prescribed to S-1. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

W-1 observed S-1 (Elk Grove resident) attempting to drive away in V-1’s vehicle. W-1 notified V-1, who ran outside and confronted S-1. V-1 and W-1 detained S-1 until responding officers arrived. S-1 was taken into custody and then transported juvenile hall.
