On Monday evening an Elk Grove pedestrian was robbed and assaulted by teens. The incident took place around 8:45 pm in the 9100 block of Elk Grove Blvd. According to the police report, the victim was walking in the area when he was approached by two teens. The teens hit the victim multiple times causing injuries. The suspects then took a bicycle lock from the victim and fled the area on foot. Suspect-1 was described as a Hispanic male juvenile, 14-16 years old, 5’4, heavier than S-1 and wearing a blue plaid shirt. Suspect-2 was described as a Hispanic male juvenile, 14-16 years old, 5’4, skinny and wearing a dark colored shirt.
