Suspect: GUTIERREZ, ANA (HFA, 24, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 hit V-1 in the head and torso several times. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
No major incidents or arrests logged.

Suspect: SCANGARALLO, STEPHEN (WMA, 48, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident), known to V-1, driving V-1’s vehicle (without V-1’s permission) and driving on V-1’s lawn. Responding officers arrived and located S-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

V-1 was walking in the above area when he was assaulted by S-1 and S-2. V-1 was struck multiple times and sustained visible injuries. The suspects took V-1’s bicycle lock and fled the area on foot. S-1 was described as a Hispanic male juvenile, 14-16 years old, 5’4, heavier than S-1 and wearing a blue plaid shirt. S-2 was described as a Hispanic male juvenile, 14-16 years old, 5’4, skinny and wearing a dark colored shirt.
