Suspect #1:  KELLY, ANDREW (BMA, 32, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: STEWART, ALICIA (WFA, 26, ARRESTED)

Officers observed S-1 sitting in the driver’s seat and S-2 in the passenger seat of a parked vehicle. A records check of the vehicle’s license plated revealed the vehicle to be a reported stolen vehicle. Both suspects were detained. A records check revealed S-1 to be on parole and S-2 had an active warrant out for her arrest. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A consent search of the vehicle led to the discovery of prescription medication not prescribed to S-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. A search of S-1’s person at the main jail led to the discovery of a controlled substance.

V-1 was walking to her parked vehicle when a dark colored SUV pulled up. S-1, a passenger in SUV, exited the vehicle and forcefully took V-1’s purse. S-1 got back into the SUV and the vehicle left the area. S-1 was described as an African American female adult, 5’6”, thin build, wearing white jeans and a black sweater. There was no description of the driver of the SUV.
