Location: 9400 block of Waterman Rd.
Suspect: JOHNSON, BRIAN (WMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a single vehicle collision. Responding officers arrived and made contact with S-1. S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A records check revealed S-1 to be on active parole. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
