Suspect:  FULTON, AHKEEM (BMA, 21, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 punched V-1 in the face and punctured V-1’s arm with a car key causing a visible injury. Responding officers located S-1 a short distance away. S-1 attempted several times to pull away from officers but officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) used a pair of scissors to threaten family members and swung the scissors at family members. The family members were able to take the scissors away from S-1. S-1 was taken into custody and then transported to juvenile hall.

Suspect:  KESINGER, JIMMY (WMA, 28, ARRESTED)

During an argument, S-1 (Elk Grove resident) grabbed V-1’s wrist causing a visible injury and hit V-1 on the side of the head with lamp. S-1 fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival. Responding officers located S-1 hiding in nearby park. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
