Suspect:  GREENHAGEN, VINCENT (WMA, 26, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 grabbed V-1 by both arms and threw V-1 down. V-1 sustained visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) looking into business and acting suspiciously. Officers arrived and located S-1 a short distance away. S-1 was known to officers to be on probation. When officers attempted to detain S-1, S-1 physically resisted. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained him. As a result of the struggle, an officer suffered an injury. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle officers attempted to stop for a vehicle code violation. S-1 refused to stop and led officers on a short pursuit that ended when S-1 finally pulled over. S-1 was taken into custody and then transported to juvenile hall.
