Suspect #2: PECKHAM, CONNER (WMA, 32, ARRESTED)
Both suspects (Elk Grove residents) were contacted in the above area and known to be on probation. A records check revealed S-1 had active warrants out for his arrest. A probation search of S-2’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine and heroin. S-1 was arrested for his active warrants. S-2 was arrested for the narcotics related charges. Both suspects were transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
