S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pushed V-1 down and started to choke V-1. A bystander pulled S-1 off of V-1. Responding officers arrived and S-1 fled on foot from officers but was located a short time later. A records check revealed S-1 was on probation and V-1 had a protective order against S-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 punched V-1 in the head and pushed V-1 back causing V-1’s head to hit a wall. V-1 sustained visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
