Location: Bruceville Rd. / Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: MAGDALENO, MARCO (HMA, 46, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a vehicle collision with another vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
