V-1 walking in the area when V-1 was approached by S-1 and three other subjects. S-1 displayed a knife and demanded V-1’s property. Fearing for his safety, V-1 dropped his property and fled on foot. S-1 was described as a Hispanic male, 18-20 years old, 5’9, and 140 lbs.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was detained by store loss prevention for shoplifting. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
