S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A probable cause search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of concealed, loaded firearm. A records check revealed the firearm was not registered to S-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

V-1 was walking in the above area when he was approached by S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and S-2. S-2 pushed V-1 down and punched V-1 in the upper body several times. S-1 held V-1’s legs down and removed V-1’s shoes. Both suspects then demanded additional property from V-1. Fearing for his safety, V-1 handed over the property. Both suspects then rode away on bicycles. Responding officers arrived in the area and located S-1 not far from the incident. S-1 was detained and based on the investigation determined to one of the suspects related to the robbery. S-1 was taken into custody and then transported to juvenile hall. S-1 was not located. S-1 was described as an African American male, 15-16 years old, wearing a red top, red/ black pants, red shoes, and riding a beach cruiser style bicycle.
