S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for stealing tools and equipment from his employer. S-1 was transported to the main jail.

Suspect: RODRIGUEZ, RICARDO (HMA, 22, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pushed V-1 several times, punched V-1 in the face, and kicked V-1 in the stomach. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 also smashed V-1’s cell phone during the altercation damaging the phone. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
No major incidents or arrests logged.

S-1 and S-2 were observed shoplifting by store employees. When confronted by the store employees, S-1 struck one of the employees in the face. Both suspects dropped the stolen merchandise and fled in a silver sedan. S-1 was described as an African American female, 5’8, 115 lbs., wearing purple/ blue head scarf, black hooded sweatshirt, and gray running shorts. S-2 was described as an African American female, 5’8, 115 lbs., wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, gray jeans and white shoes.
