Suspect: BERARDI, CHARLES (WMA, 29, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding an occupied vehicle that was parked in the above area. Officers arrived and contacted S-1 (Sacramento resident) inside the vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia, indicia related to narcotic sales, heroin, and methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: SMITH, ALEXANDER (BMA, 24, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 hit V-1 in the shoulder causing V-1 to fall to the ground. S-1 then kicked V-1 in the face. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect #1: HOWARD, BRANDON (BMA, 34, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: GOSSE, JESSICA (AFA, 30, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) and S-2 (Auburn resident) attempted to purchase items with counterfeit money. Store employees identified the money as fake and delayed the suspects until officers arrived. Responding officers arrived and detained both suspects. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation and S-2 to have active warrants out for her arrest. A search incident to arrest of S-2’s person led to the discovery of counterfeit money, methamphetamine, and prescription medication not prescribed to S-2. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation and had active warrants out for her arrest. A probation search of S-1’s person and property led to the discovery of counterfeit money, narcotic paraphernalia, methamphetamine, and a reported stolen license plate. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for public intoxication and then transported to the main jail.
