Suspect: JONES, JESSICA (WFA, 37, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Concord resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle and stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect #1: GONZALES, DANIEL (HMA, 28, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: BLACK, ZACHERY (WMA, 26, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Galt resident) and S-2 (Stockton resident) were observed shoplifting and left the business in a vehicle. Responding officers located the vehicle a short distance away and stopped it. A records check revealed S-2 to be on parole and both suspects had an active warrants out for their arrest. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: MUHAREB, MAJDI (OMA, 43, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a mutual physical fight. During the altercation, S-1 hit V-1 with a pipe and wooden stick causing visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #2: GARCIA, JUSTIN (HMA, 34, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding an occupied suspicious vehicle parked in the above area. Upon arrival, officers contacted S-1 in the driver’s seat and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) in the passenger seat passed out with drug paraphernalia and heroin on their laps. Both suspects were detained. A probable cause search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-2 was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested for possession of a controlled substance as well as possession of a controlled substance for sale and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted behind a closed business. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person and property led to the discovery of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and concealed dirk/ dagger. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #2: WILLARD, KENDRA (BFA, 33, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver and S-2 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person and vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. A cursory search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-2 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
