Suspect: WAGNER, DANIEL (WMA, 42, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) attempted to force entry into a residence but was unsuccessful. Responding officers arrived and located S-1, who displayed objective signs of intoxication. A records check revealed S-1 had a protective order against him prohibiting him from being at the residence. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: UNKNOWN (WMA)
Officers attempted to stop a vehicle for a vehicle code violation. The driver, S-1, refused to stop and led officers on a pursuit. During the pursuit, S-1 drove with wanton disregard for the safety of others. Due to S-1’s driving, officers terminated the pursuit. S-1 was described a Caucasian male adult. The vehicle was described as a blue, 2-door BMW.
No major incidents or arrests logged.
