Location: 5500 block of Laguna Oaks Dr.
Suspect: CASTEELE, JOSEF (BMA, 41, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with a parked vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 held V-1 down and choked V-1. S-1 also bit V-1’s leg during the incident causing a visible injury. S-1 fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival but was later located. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 was the driver, S-2 and S-3 (Sacramento residents) were the passengers of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-3 gave officers a false name. Officers later learned S-3’s true identity. A records check revealed all three suspects were on probation and S-3 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of burglary tools, a controlled substance, narcotic paraphernalia and stolen property. All three suspects were arrested and transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted loitering in the above area. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of a dagger. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers attempted to detain S-1 (Sacramento resident) for shoplifting. S-1 ran from officers but was detained after a short distance. A search incident to arrest of S-1’s person led to the discovery of burglary tools. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.
