Suspect:  MELONI, DENISE (WFA, 63, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding a possibly impaired driver. Officers arrived and contacted S-1 (Sacramento resident). S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Location: Ravenna Way / Trapani Way
Suspect #1:  JUVENILE (BMJ, 15, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: JUVENILE (BMJ, 16, ARRESTED)
Suspect #3: UNKNOWN (BMJ)
Suspect #4: JUVENILE (WMJ, 16, ARRESTED)

V-1 was walking in the above area when he was approached S-1, S-2, and S-3. S-1 pushed V-1 and then all three suspects punched V-1 in the face and body. S-2 slammed V-1 to the ground and S-4 held V-1 down while S-1 removed V-1’s property. V-1 sustained visible injuries. All four suspects fled on foot. Officers later located three subjects, matching the description of the suspects, walking in area not far from the incident. All three suspects (Elk Grove residents) were detained. S-2 refused to identify himself. Officers were able to identify S-2 and a record check revealed S-2 to be on probation and had an active warrant out for his arrest. Based on the investigation, all three suspects were taken into custody and transported to juvenile hall. S-3 was not located. S-3 was described as an African American male juvenile, wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver and S-2 (Fresno resident) was the passenger of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Both suspects refused to follow the officers’ directives. Officers were able to overcome the suspects’ resistance and detained them. A record check revealed both suspects were on probation. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents) were observed shoplifting and store loss prevention attempted to detain both suspects. Both suspects started punching the loss prevention officers causing visible injuries. During the altercation, S-3 grabbed the stolen merchandise and fled in a vehicle. Officers arrived and detained S-1 and S-2. A record check revealed both suspects were on probation. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail. S-3 was not located and described as an African American male, 15-21 years old, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt.

S-1 was the driver and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) was the passenger of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-2 was on probation. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded firearm under the driver’s seat and methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia in the area where S-2 was seated. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.
