Suspect:  ROBLEDO, JOSE (HMA, 33, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) struck V-1 several times. V-2 attempted to intervene and S-1 pushed V-2 down. S-1 then kicked V-2 several times. When officers arrived, S-1 refused to open his bedroom door. Officers forced entry into S-1’s bedroom and detained him. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident) slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1’s child was in the vehicle as well. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests. A search incident to arrest of S-1’s person led to the discovery of several fake identification cards. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 tackled V-1 to the ground. A search incident to arrest of S-1’s person led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 had active warrants out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
