Location: CONFIDENTIAL
Victim: CONFIDENTIAL        
Suspect:  FLORES, JULIAN (HMA, 39, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 slammed V-1’s head against a vehicle. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation and had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8200 block of Geneva Pointe Dr.         
Suspect:  JUVENILE (BMJ, 15, ARRESTED)

Officers and fire personnel responded to a fire that had burned a vehicle and some vegetation. During the investigation, S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed on surveillance footage starting the fire in the bushes next to the vehicle. Officers later located S-1 and detained him. S-1 was taken into custody and transported to juvenile hall.

Suspect:  MORRISON, AMBER (WFA, 28, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 had active warrants out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  KENDALL, JAMES (WMA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 slapped V-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
