S-1 (Galt resident) was arrested for embezzlement and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: SCHULTZ, KATRINA (WFA, 34, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the passenger of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A probable cause search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident). Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of heroin and indicia related to narcotic sales. While officers were placing S-1 under arrest, S-1 physically resisted. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance, arrested him and then transported him to the main jail.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
