S-1 entered the business, had his hand in his sweatshirt as if he was concealing a firearm and demanded money. Fearing for their safety, the employee gave the suspect money. S-1 fled the scene on foot. S-1 was described as either a Hispanic or an African American male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses, shorts and black shoes.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted loitering near a business. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A search of S-1’s person and the area where S-1 was seated led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: MARINI, THOMAS (WMA, 23, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a single vehicle collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of prescription medication.

Suspect: MUNAYER, MICHAEL (WMA, 25, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in an argument. During the argument, S-1 pulled V-1 by the shirt into S-1’s residence. S-1 locked the front door preventing V-1 from leaving. S-1 then forced V-1 to the ground and kneeled down on V-1’s legs and chest. S-1 removed V-1’s phone from V-1’s pocket. S-1 allowed V-1 to leave. Responding officers arrived and detained S-1. V-1’s phone was recovered from S-1’s residence. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
