V-1 was exiting his delivery vehicle when he was pushed down by S-1. The suspects then proceeded to take packages that were on V-1’s nearby hand truck. Three of the four suspects were described as African American males. All four suspects were described to be in their 20’s and were wearing hooded sweatshirts. The suspects were seen fleeing in a newer dark colored sedan and a white sedan northbound through the parking lot.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a vehicle collision with another vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service and refused to follow the officers’ directives. As officers attempted to detain S-1, S-1 physically resisted. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained him. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 called V-1 during non-business hours and left a message stating there was a bomb in the building. A search of the building was conducted and nothing suspicious was located.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a hit and run collision with a pedestrian earlier in the morning. A witness observed the collision and S-1 flee the scene of the collision in his vehicle. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A few hours later, S-1 was contacted at his residence and arrested. S-1 was transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding a loud party at a residence. S-1 (Oakland resident) was contacted in front of the residence and displayed objective signs of intoxication. When officers attempted to detain S-1, S-1 physically resisted and kicked an officer multiple times. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained her. S-2 (Oakland resident) refused to follow directives and pushed an officer. Officers were able to detain S-2, who displayed objective signs of intoxication. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.
